Vitas 360. Stocked trout stream. A wide variety of wild life and fir trees that grow 250 feet into the sky. Historic sites. What else do you need?

We had a few minutes before going to dinner, so checked out the Pecos River. Beautiful park on both sides of the river, with walking path. The area we were at had a huge play structure---but we had no children with us. Went back a couple days later to eat a snack before heading out of town. We didn't have... More

We had some extra time, so my family and ventured to the pecos river. There was a river beach, which was free to swim in, a floatind river bridge with a nice playground on the otherside, a snowcone shop, a river tour boat, and rental paddle boats. Nothing crazy, but was a nice afternoon in the summer.

The park was well shaded, spent the day watching the boats go by, river swimming, kids loved it.plenty of lifeguards in the roped off section of the river.there are paddle boats and other boating equipment to rent, there is also a tour boat. There are tables and grills spaced comfortably apart.just had a great time ,can't wait to go back.

This is a great place to come with family. The boat tour ride was great and relaxing and their are activities that you can do. It's not crowded. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

A great place to cool off from the mid day sun. We stopped there for a quick picnic under one of the many shaded benches and watched families swimming. A nice family place.
