My daughter gave us the Segway tour as an early Christmas present. It was great! My daughter and son in law had ridden Segways before and enjoyed the tour and travel. I was a first timer, but the Segway learning curve is very quick and before the hour was up I was very relaxed and comfortable during the tour. Our... More

I decided the night before to rent a bike and came across this company using internet search. They are located right next to Union Station so very convenient. I was greeted and made to feel welcome and all rental possibilities and charges were explained to me. I received a well maintained Trek mountain bike which was comfortable and easy to... More

We travel to DC every year (on a budget) with a group of foreign exchange students. In the past we've walked the monuments & memorials (about 6 miles RT from the Capitol to Lincoln, MLK, FDR & Jefferson). This year we rented bikes from Bike & Roll. I'm never going back to that walk! The students LOVED it! We experienced... More

Excellent experience. Good value for money. Friendly and knowledgeable guide, Aaron. Would definitely recommend to others, and would love to take other tours if I come back to D.C. some other time.

I went on this amazing tour as part of an activity through my office. My colleagues and I had so much fun. Our guide (Nikki) was knowledgeable and funny. I've lived in the area my whole life and still learned new things about the monuments. Also, having previously visited the mall by foot, I have to say that biking allows... More

We did this tour as a work outing, which was a fantastic idea. Nikki, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and attuned to what was interesting to our group. As a local, I would have never thought to do this on my own- but now I plan to bring both visiting friends and other local friends. It's a fun way... More

What an amazing experience we had on the Bike and Roll National Mall tour when we recently visited this amazing city. The guide (Aaron) was fantastic and very knowledgeable being able to answer anyone's questions about the monuments etc. It has got to be one of the best ways to see this city, especially if you only have a few... Prebooking online was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The kids (6 and 11), wife (who has problems walking due a car accident), and I were able to cover 10X the amount of attractions as opposed to walking. The six year old was a bit small for the kids bike so he attached to the back of my... More

Learned more in US history in 3 hours than in my hole life...guide was passionate and communicative, we even forgot to take pictures as we were so caught up in what he was saying. the landmarks have a new meaning when explained in this fashion. We had to go back...and we did rent Capital bikes to do the tour again... More
