This larger than life size grouping representing a unit on patrol in a very realistic setting gave a heart rending lasting image of what our soilders have faced and still face.

I thought this sight really captured the essence of the soldiers who sacrificed all for our country. I was honored as a veteran to see how the Korean War Veterans were honored here. Freedom is not free.

A well deserved (small) memorial for these almost forgotten soldiers from an (almost) forgotten war. History fans will enjoy seeing this memorial

We wanted to see this at night to repeat a prior viewing. It was still quite moving, but the lighting was too dimmed because the shrubs needed a trim. It is a wonderful way to represent the brave service people who served.

We visited it during the evening where some are lighted and some are not. Sculptures are nice to see.

A really beautiful memorial. The life size men with their guns and radios are impressive and make you want to find out more about them. Worth seeing.

There is so much to see for free, that you will not have to pay for much. Eating is not the cheapest anywhere, but you're in DC. They're spending your money faster than you can! Enjoy!
