Our family of four enjoyed a nice 3-hour bike tour but we did the Capital City Bike Tour in the past and it was much better. With Capital City Bike Tour, we saw more monuments, spent less time driving around busy city streets (as the starting/ending point was much closer to the mall) and learned much more from the tour... The company uses a 3rd party booking company called get your guide.com. When we arrived there was no record of our reservation and the person only told us we were overbooked. Needless to say we were disappointed as we had planned our afternoon around the 3 hour tour. No rebooking was offered. Also l was charged the tickets and the... More

I did a private tour of the sights of Washington with Celeste (I think that's her name!) And it was excellent! Was easy to book and find etc! The narration and knowledge of our guide was amazing and gave us plenty of time to get off and look at the sights etc! I recommend that you do one of these... More

We only had one day to see the sights in Washington at the end of a business trip this worked out great. It only takes a few minutes to be comfortable on the Segway the staff are professional and very helpful to acclimate everyone. The tour covers a large area even with some areas being restricted because of the upcoming... More

Our family of four did a great tour today ending with sunset at the Lincoln Memorial. It is great way to get an overall impression of the attractions of DC to investigate in detail later. Recommend City Segway highly.

We did the 3 hour National Mall Tour with Carlo (?spelling) and enjoyed it thoroughly! He was able to point out many interesting and juicy facts about several buildings and monuments everywhere we went - not just the main attractions. It's a great way to experience the city. Would highly recommend!

Having done an outstanding segway tour of Berlin several years ago, it was an easy decision to take on in Washington DC during a recent visit. Segways are great fun to ride and easy to learn how to use as well - so you shouldn't worry about whether you'll manage. If you haven't been to Washington DC before, this is... More

I've been on Segways before, and they're a great way to tour around a city to see the sights; and DC is no exception! Whether you're an experienced Segway user, or have never been on a Segway before, the staff at City Segway provide a full safety demonstration and a helmet, as well as providing practice time at their centre... My wife and are were a bit apprehensive when our daughter suggested the idea of using segways on our visit to Washington DC. We're both over 65 and had never used them before. Our daughter was celebrating her 40th birthday with us and her two daughters, so we knew we had to give it a go. SO GLAD WE DID!!... More
