Every musical, performance, and play I have seen here as exceeded my expectations. The set designs, costumes,a nod acting have all been fabulous. I cannot say enough good things. I also love the free shuttle service to the Metro, which is incredibly convenient.

Amazing and beautifully maintained - glad I went on a tour, as opposed to the nightly show usually arranged by the Close Up tour~ Viewing the Presidential seating in all the theaters there...wow! Artwork from different countries in memorial to JFK, is just a breathtaking...More

Grandma was in town and arranged for the whole family to see Shear Madness in the Theater Lab. Such fun! Our group ranged from 14 to 67. Everyone laughed out loud. Walked around the Kennedy Center before the show. Gorgeous facility. It was super easy...More

The Scottish Ballet's version of Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire blew my hair straight! I loved it. Loved the way it opened with Blanche alone in the stage, reaching for a bare lightbulb and that they showed "Allen," giving him some texture and dimension,...More

The building is immense. There are a about 7 theaters that can hold more than 8,000 patrons in all. Opera, comedy, music - you choose what your interests are, check the schedule - it will be there.

Quite frankly, I'm not sure we would have toured the John F Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, had our Senator's office not arranged this tour. However, it turned out to be a neat DC experience. Marty (a delightful volunteer guide) took us on a...More

We enjoyed the tour of the facility. Our guide was well spoken and articulate and made an attempt to familiarize herself with the tour patrons. There is a free Kennedy shuttle that goes back and forth from the Foggy bottom metro to the arts center....More

Very limited because everyone will be out on the mall. If you get a chance check with the hotel to see what activity is going on in town on the mall. Most likely there will be free concerts by the military bands

There are lots of performances every day, on several different stages. I have no idea which one you are asking about. But I'd look at the web site for info.
