Capitol Hill is a great part of D.C. to visit. It is full of historic sites in close proximity to great restaurants, bars, and Eastern Market.

There are foreign language tours too. You can book online
I have been to Capitol Hill but did not know you could go inside. Do you have to be an American citizen to go inside? If not and you can get tickets, where do you get them from?
