This building has such a presence. It is beautiful to look at and iconic for the city. Inside you can take a tour or if not access the museum. A must see while in Washington

The dome is currently under construction to correct some leaking. We took a tour of the inside of the capitol, but were unable to see the murals in the dome due to being completely covered by scaffolding and sheeting.

Capitol Hill and its boulevard is one of the most popular places which need to be visited in Washington DC. The most important government buildings of the U.S. including Capitol, the Supreme Court and many museums are around the Capital Hill.
