This was one of the buildings we visited on our trip around Washington DC.amazing buildings,be sure to wear comfortable shoes there's a lot of walking involved,don't get on those tuk tuk bikes tho,as they rip you off big time,just keep walking.

This building has such a presence. It is beautiful to look at and iconic for the city. Inside you can take a tour or if not access the museum. A must see while in Washington

The dome is currently under construction to correct some leaking. We took a tour of the inside of the capitol, but were unable to see the murals in the dome due to being completely covered by scaffolding and sheeting.

Enjoyed touring this historic building. Tour was informative and the building was beautiful inside. Worth taking the time to visit but must be arranged in advance.
