This university is perfectly situated not far from the center of Washington DC. It offers a beautiful main building with a clock tower and many architectural styles with all its buildings. The center of Gergetown is also historical with its beautiful homes and many shops....More

Historic place and University. Is located in the same-name neighborhood which is also old and historic. In the yard inside it there are stairs, where Presidents of USA have made their speeches. Recommended place

Did an academic visit and was really impressed with the campus tour. Those kids are pretty knowledgeable of the campus history.

Took a tour here with our son. What a beautiful campus. It’s very historic, and the location is set in a quiet area. The campus id large with a mix of newer & original buildings.

We brought our kids for an early college visit and the tour went well. The campus is tightly packed and obviously running out of land, but they do a nice job at seamlessly integrating the buildings and common areas into a workable environment.

This is an historic campus with some great 1700s buildings and even a Jesuit graveyard on site. The locations of interest are close to he Healy Gates, including the Healy Hall, White/Grosvenor Hall and the Copley Hall. Well worth a look-in.

She described the GOP as a “blank_ing death cult” and “filthy swine.” And literally, this is just a piece of one of her tirades. I would not enroll in any of her classes.

The tour of the school and the grounds are worth it. Georgetown is rich on history and the tour is well worth it.

If you're in Georgetown, I'd highly recommend walking around Georgetown University campus. It was built in the late 1700's and it shows. The architecture and the majestic appearance of the buildings and the halls is just amazing. Your kids may not appreciate it especially the...More

It is a 32 minute walk, according to Google maps and as long or longer by bus. It is a very quick taxi ride, but you pay a premium from going over the bridge from Virginia to DC. If you want a really challenging walk, you... More

If you put uadmissions.georgetown.edu/visiting/infosessions-tours into Google, you will get a lot of information. They post the rare dates when Saturdays are closed to tours, but there are several options, see link above
