This was my first visit to DC with my family. We got the two day + night + ferry tour. Unfortunately, we never had time to do the ferry tour. We also only used the red line, because the timing of the yellow line and purple line was very confusing. The red line shows you most of the attractions. It's... More

There are no schedules. For the first bus, red line we waited 45min. We then wanted to interchange to black line they told us when we got it off red line it would be 7min til if came. We waited 1hour 45min no bus ever came. We then ditched our tickets and walked. Very disappointing. We tried calling numerous times... More

Bus old and dirty, there is no schedule, last trip suppose to be at 4 pm, stops abruptly after 20 minutes. Absolutely no coordination between the 3 itinerary resulting in (very) long wait and impossibility to perform all 3 in one day. Drivers do nothing to facilitate change of itinerary. Audio poor and comments are incredibly not synchronized with the... More

My friend and I got a two day pass for this company, had the tickets pre-booked online. Turned up at Union Station to activate the ticket, got a map and brief run down of the service. Red line and yellow line were brilliant, very informative and friendly staff. Cracking jokes to keep us amused between sights! I was grossly unprepared... More

When I arrived at Union station to redeem my Groupon, I had to wait because there were FOUR different parties waiting to complain about something. This wasn't a good first impression. There were two workers and they both seemed overwhelmed and undertrained. When we got on the bus, it was packed!!!!! And, it was below freezing. We were on the... More

Staff friendly and helpful. My camera died and Brenda let me take photos on her phone and she sent them too me. Guides go out of their way to help. Schedule...spent more time waiting on busses then riding them. There is no schedule so you have no idea if you just missed the bus and have to wait 30 min... More

Purchased the 48-hour tickets and started the tour (red line) from Grand Union Station and sat on the tour bus for the whole red loop. Lovely, comical live commentaries. Purple and yellow lines run less frequently but routes are worth taking as they are picturesque and scenic. Recommend taking the night tour which is valid on the 48-hour tour. Dory... More

So picked up my tickets at 5:45pm for the Night tour of DC, informed that the bus would start loading at 6:15 and depart at 6:30. Grabbed some food then headed to the bus at 6:15, which was already almost completely full. Now it was 29 degrees outside, of course the inside was full ( seating for maybe 10 people)... More
