Go to Arepa Zone and order their Cachapas, you WILL THANK ME! Honestly, the best meal I had in DC (and we went to all the top contenders). Also, the Donut Place was yummy.

Every major city has at least one of these now - an upscale food court for foodies and hipsters. This one is like all others - a variety of neat eateries in a converted industrial space. This one closes at 8pm sharp on weekdays -...More

We stopped here for lunch on our way to downtown DC and loved it. It has so many unique, local vendors and varieties of international foods - empanadas, world spices, and Trickling Springs ice cream. A really cool spot in the old warehouse district. Fully...More

The market is on a slight grade, but nothing strenuous. I usually walk over from the nearest Metro and have never noticed the grade, as it is so gradual.

It is like a farmers market. I would think though its more food vendors are here. There is a stall for produce, seafood, and meats, but you can 100 percent eat here.
