Came in for a drink and meal after attend an open house at a local university. My husband enjoyed the cherry blossom beer special and I ordered the Jack Rabbit Fizz (I think that was the name). It was supposed to have whiskey, Applejack, lemon and maple syrup. I was disappointed as I tasted no apple and definitely no sweetness... More

Went in for a pint with several female co-workers on an average late afternoon. We were initially ignored at the bar for several minutes until a staff member came to the check-in station. We asked if the bar seating was open and was told that it was. When we approached a small table towards the stage area, another waiter (we'll... More

Had dinner at this authentic Irish Pub with three business colleagues and was very impressed by the pacing of the meal, atmosphere, live music, decor, and menu offerings. Our group had the shepherds pie, chicken pot pie, and fish & chips. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals and the experience provided by this authentic establishment. I highly recommend this amazing restaurant.

Came in for a pint and a quick dinner after a long travel day and found my self immediately warmly welcomed in this Irish Pub. The food was good and the shepherd's pie is their true signature dish. Not over the top but an excellent one. Various kind of pints from the tap or by bottle and live Irish folk... More

Casual authentic Irish pub with diverse mix of patrons - young, old, professionals, locals and tourists as well as people staying at adjacent hotel. But definitely frequented by locals. Food is authentic Irish. I had the Chicken Pot Pie and kale salad. Excellent abundant all white meat w/ flaky crust pot pie - generous portion which definitely is shareable for... More

It's refreshing to know the Guinness draft will be fresh! Popular pub on Capital Hill w/ great mix of young (and older) professionals. Great "shepherds pie". Pleasant service, good food, great atmosphere. Lively evening entertainment. Worth stopping by when you're on "the Hill"!

We stopped in to meet up with friends. We had such a great time sitting in back. The food was great and they make a great Old Fashion. The staff was real nice and friendly. Definately will be back next we are in DC.

We love this pub. Last time we were there we even bought the T-shirts they offer. Staff is a bit uneven. All of the waiters are young, and some of them are more prompt to take requests than others. The same could be said of the receptionist. In the end, the food that arrives is always tasty, fresh and well... More
