A stop along the walking tour of the mall. We almost did not notice it. Not huge or standing out. I wouldnt search specifically for this but a decent stop

This is a pretty area to sit down while visiting the national mall. I wouldn't call it a must see attraction for a short visit.

Difficult to find. The signatures of people I've never heard off cut into rock. Not very exciting. Probably why we were the only people there. Don't bother while in DC, there's plenty of better options out there.

We were following our map and it kept saying it was surrounded by a garden and water. We stumbled upon it. Actually the area was kind of dirty and almost forgotten. Glad we found it finally

Like everything in Washington DC, each memorial is as important as the previous one. I suggest you take a bus tour around town so you can maximize your time there. Also parking is awful but we found a garage under the AARP building. It cost...More
