I have been to California Adventure 2 years ago, so it was fun to come and see how it has changed, especially since it was decked out for the holidays! There are a lot of fun shops, places to eat and a number of rides,...More
I love the updates they have done with this place =) I love that they have decided to take away a lot of the "California" vibe and add in way more Disney stuff and atmosphere! That's why you come to Disneyland anyways! I love Pixar...More
The subtle lights of the Grizzly Peak area are amazing. They add so much without being over the top - save that for Radiator Springs! The Food Festival has been fun and tasty. Disneyland’s “other” park has really come into its own.
We really enjoyed our visit to Radiator Springs! Our grandkids drove our agenda and visit. This area has really been masterfully designed and provides lots of great rides for all ages.
The rest of the park is unremarkable. The roller coaster is fun, and the...More
The forgotten step child when it comes to disney theme parks. I enjoy this park, plenty of rides, places to eat and drink. The pixar peir is great, love the upgrade to the rollercoaster. Cars land looks great at halloween time. More changes are coming...More
One of out favourite family vacation destinations. So much detail is put into the attractions and experiences. It's a little sad to see them take out the Bug's Land, but we'll still go again for sure. Love it.
We came 10 years ago. Our daughter was 3, just returned, what a blast! Better than Disneyland. Incredicoaster, Guardians, Soarin' Trattoria Italian Restaurant and last night of "paint the night" parade...best holiday ever. And a chance to bond with my teenager, thank you!
I love DCA! But the secret to be able to ride everything & enjoy all the treats after is to go right when the park opens. You'll be able to finish most of the major rides quickly. I love the guardians of the galaxy it's...More

I would recommend creating a Small first aid kit. I had a ziplock bag with a few band aids (blisters on heels from all the walking), antacids (all the rich foods), ibuprofen and a small bottle of hand sanitizer. I was able to help out a few guests who happened to be standing in line near me because I had these items on me.
As for the diapers, maybe you could order from Amazon or instacart to your hotel as soon as you arrive? Depending on where you’re staying, there may be a few drugstores nearby but I think the closest Walmart or anything like it was a 15 minute drive for me. I was there 2 weeks ago and that’s where GPS took me.
Good luck and have so much fun!!!

You could do this be sure to use the fast passes and if you have children with special needs make sure you see guest services, for a virtual wait in line (pass that uses the disability access). We had children so we did not spend all day at the parks as we came back and used the resorts pool and than were to tired to get back, also if staying at resort be sure to visit the park 1hr before it opens!! Space mountain, indiana jones, the new star wars ride can get quiet busy, so book your favourite ride for fast pass first unless you get to park early ( only can do 1 fastpass at a time). Also get a photopass too. At disney california land the Cars land is fantastic, once again the Cars ride is the busiest, so either do first or put it on fast pass, all the other cars rides are excellent fun, get the busiest rides over and done with first! Even when eating you can order online at some places! Have a f a ntastic trip.
