There are a number of restaurants and shops to visit. Good place to grab some food and adult beverages during the day, especially if you want to get away from the park food, which is nothing special.

Disney Store was open after midnight. The eating places not sure but they were open when we left at ten on the first night.

Its still there, there are a few kiosks that sell kettle corn and fresh popped corn in various flavors.
