We always love this ride. Each time we visit this park we do it at least 3 or 4 times. This was the first time that I realised there was more than just skill to it. I always wondered how people got such high scores until I did a search on the ride and found there were many tricks and tips that you need to follow.
If you play it normally it's fun, but if you know the tips and tricks it becomes addictive and you want to try again and again to unlock some of the unique scenes..
Worth googling the ride before doing it and you'll have so much more fun...

Having never ridden this ride, we did not know what to expect. Wow, what a great time we had. The kids, ages 4-7 had an incredible experience. The scores ranged from terrible to great, but what a fun time. Luckily, we had the Lightning Pass which got us on the ride in 10 minutes.

Ride takes you through toy story venues while you shoot at targets and build your score. The shooting is actually popping a strong at various "targets". Offers the added enjoyment of competition as your score is totaled at the end and your seatmates scores are shown with yours. Clearly the more you ride this attraction the more likely you will increase your score- hint- if you google this ride there are suggestions as to how to increase your score. I rode with my 8 year old grandson- I was more than happy to end up with the exact same score as him as he fired almost twice as many shots as I did. Aim low!

This is just one of the very best attractions Disney has to offer. It is identical to Toy Story at Disney World...thank goodness! Kids and adults alike will get such joy out of this life-sized game. We love this ride so much and like to to do it multiple times!

Hands down, I have more fun on this ride than any other Disney ride - on either coast! It's fast paced and great fun in 3D. You get a lot of midway games including classics like ring toss, darts, plate breaking and more.
My kids and I especially love the Easter Eggs that are hidden in the games. You can Google them and get all kinds of ways to earn extra points.
The wait time is usually high, so playing it early in the day always helps. You can book fastpasses in advance in Disney World, but Fast Pass is coming to Disneyland sometime in April/May 2017.

Midway Mania is a fun, 3D interactive ride where the rider shoots a variety of items at targets.... rings, pies, balls, darts and suction cups in order to and rack up points. It is set up like the old time shooting galleries with moving and stationary targets... the targets have varying point values. Your total points are displayed as you complete each section.

This is always fun trying to score as much as possible shooting targets. I managed to score 88,400 but this was no where near the highest score of the day. This ride is good fun for young and old. It makes you want to go back for more to beat your previous score.

I think this is the best shoot um up I have played at Disney. 4D and straight forward to play, we all had great fun and got super competitive playing it. Highly recommended despite the huge queues so get a fastpass for it.

This one is a blast, it's like a ride through a carnival shooting booth. The ride keeps track of your points, so you can compete against your friends and family. We were laughing and screaming the entire time. A MUST DO!
