18 hole course that has delighted visitors for 50 years! Internationally known as one of the world’s most challenging and beautiful miniature golf courses. No fancy electronics, just a good old fashioned challenging & fun layout. Great for the whole family. Landscaping was re-done a year ago featuring native and endemic plants from the Island. Open every day of the year, weather permitting. Open extended hours during summer months.

Of all the mini golf places that I have been to, this one is the best. There are no castles or windmills but each hole is challenging and extremely fun. Each hole is cleverly designed. When we were there, the place was well kept up...the holes were clean and the golf ball tunnels were clear of debris. This place is... More

Golf Gardens is well manicured, has beautiful brick walking paths, has markers at the beginning of every hole describing an aspect of history, or the plant life, or fascinating facts about Catalina. The holes are challenging, creative and fun. What a great time well spent!

What do you do when the kids are restless and you're done with water activities? Mini golf! The course is close to everything, no long walk. The cost is similar to mini golf on the mainland. The course is tucked into lush landscaping which provides so shade for those who get overwhelmed by the sun. Each hole has a placard... More

Great way to spend a sunny afternoon with lots of laughs. Lots of families having fun hitting colorful golf balls around an imaginative course.

Golf Gardens is one of the best things to do on Catalina Island. Many of these reviews have done a marvelous job of summarizing the experience and there's not a lot to add, but let me say this: I'm a miniature golf aficionado and I've never, ever come across a hole quite like Golf Garden's #7! It's a 1,790 inch... More

We enjoyed it so much the first day we played again on our last day. I will say that at times the wait at the ticket booth can take a while because they book for tours at this same window as well. There are little cubby spots where you can leave some of your items while you play if you... More

The experience starts at the ticket booth. The frist thing I noticed was how the staff was both patient and polite. In the evening hours the place gets swamped. With one staffer to help everyone pay and pick the right size club. All this is time consuming. While some tourist became agitated the women in the tiny booth remained pleasant... More

Look no further. Don't look for bells, whistles, clown's mouths, Eiffel Towers, or fake anything. Just look for a high quality super challenging traditional mini-golf course and you will find what you are looking for. We've been coming here for years. From the first hole - which rewards a straight shot (though it does break slightly to the left) and... More

Had some time before our boat left so we decided to go mini golfing. Easy to find/get to and the staff was nice. Course is what you'd expect but we had such a good time! It is well maintained and the grounds made it very nice on a hot summer day - shade trees and benches. Always hard to find... More

It's a great deal for your kids to play and they can spend as much time as they want there, it's 18 holes and my kids spend about an hour there. It's not super crowded so very worth it.
