The beer was great; better than I was expecting. I especially enjoyed the amber. The was creative and tasty. They have several vegetarian options, which is hard to find in the San Luis Valley.

We had 3 grandchildren (ages 3, 8, 12) and they all found something they liked. There were colors and activity pages to keep them busy before dinner. Our server was slow and seemed to take forever to bring the check, but the food was good.

I loved the atmosphere, but the staff seemed new and inexperienced. Some of the food was delicious but some of it was very disappointing. I had the chili burger and it was really good. My fiancé had a some kind of spicy burger and didn't...More

Stopped by with two picky kids, they both enjoyed their meals. My husband tried two different types of their beer and said they were both very good. Our burgers were really great, the fries were perfect, not soggy, not too crispy. Service was very nice,...More

We stumbled upon SLV Brewing Company while traveling through Colorado and were delighted. The beers we tried were complicated and delicious. Our food was also top notch. It was Friday evening and they were very busy, but the wait staff did their best to keep...More

Best IPA beer in the Valley. We always travel with an empty growler (we're from Denver) and filled it up. Also bought a Growler cozy. We drove a 67 VW bus from Denver, along HWY 285, camped at the UFO Tower in Hooper. that IPA...More

Stopped in here for beer and dinner on a road trip. Was a bit put-off by the server (an older male) who wouldn't leave us alone and kept trying to make small talk. The sandwich was delicious, the beer was good and cold, the dessert...More
