This was a tremendous educational and interactive adventure. On the evening we went we spotted 2 crocs and were able to bring 1 of them into the boat for exploration, measuring and review. It was a 9 month old that they had captured once before. Chris is a great guy and does a phenomenal job guiding. On our night we... More

Hi Chris, thanks for the review. I hope the kids had a great time. I really try to gear the trip towards the kids when they're on board to get them as excited about crocs as I am!! I was really happy to catch that croc. Catching a new one is great, but the repeat data on him is fantastic... More

Highly recommend making this a part of your trip. It was legitimately educational, thrillingly fun, and to the direct benefit of the local environment -- a rare combination.

On the night we took our tour we did catch and relocate one croc to a less populated spot. The evening was fun and educational. I would highly recommend it.

Nothing but great things to say about this tour!!! Captain Chris & his first mate Miriam were awesome!! We leaned so much about crocodiles, they were so passionate about their cause! It was a very exciting trip in their boat, we had a croc on board with us that they took to release & we also spotted another croc swimming... More

HI Lorraine, Thanks so much for the great review and the recommendation. I'm glad you found it exciting. I think because it's our cause, and something we have a great love for, that energy comes through on the trips and makes it exciting for those on board, and of course, it always helps when we have one on board to... Thanks to Chris and Muffin for showing my wife and I a great time learning about the crocs and other wildlife of Belize. Both gentlemen were well-informed giving plenty of great information about all things crocodiles. Thanks a bunch!

We loved learning about the literal other side of island life on this activity. Our ACES excursion was about the ecosystem while crocodiles were the stars of the show. I was very interested in seeing the lagoon and its wildlife / plant life and this trip more than exceeded my expectations. First, our guide Chris was very careful to explain... More

Whoa!! Where do I begin??? Thank you so much for that extensive and in depth review. We cover so much in education and information on our trips, that I don't expect people to remember half of what we say. My biggest hope is that people leave with a better understanding of these creatures, and to take away some of the... More

I initially contacted Cherie 7-8 months before our scheduled vacation to inquire about her foundation. I had read so many good things about her work that I knew I wanted to participate in an evening research tour. She responded immediately with the type of detail I needed to add this into our plans. Soon after, I went to the A.C.E.S... More

Wow!! You went all out with that review!! Thank you so much, and thanks for your donation. I love nights like that when the crowd is really into the education, and having a few crocs on board doesn't hurt either!! I haven't seen anything of Bear or Blaze since we let them go. I haven't been back to their release... More

I went on this trip with some local friends. We had a blast and Chris was an excellent guide. He taught us a lot about crocodiles and why they need to be relocated or rehabilitated. He and his crew do amazing work in the area. On our trip we got to hold and help gather data on 2 different crocs.... More

Hi Laura, thanks for the review. That was a brilliant night!! 2 crocs caught! 1 relocated and 1 released on the spot! Can't ask for better than that from our end. That's one of the reasons I love doing these trips, without the funding generated from them, we would never be able to go out every night looking for crocs,... More

It was my second time going on the tour (first time last year.) Both times they caught crocodiles. This year, it was a 3.5' male that they let us name. My friend named him Mauricio. We got to hold him, learn about how they sex/measure them & let him go back into the wild. It was a gorgeous night, all... More

We never made it on the tour, but Chris was very friendly and since we ran out of time and couldn't do an evening tour, he agreed to meet us at the owner's house to see a baby crocodile. Unfortunately, we walked in the wrong direction and ran out of time, but he followed up with us to make sure... More
