We booked half day snorkling (3 hours) for 3 people. Unfortunately the currents were strong so we couldnt go to where were supposed to go, but were close enough to the reef. We had a guide and a captain, ( can't remember eithers name). only one came in the water with us and he basically just lead our group (... More

Hi Cat After each trip we ask how the trip was. I ask the guide also, his name is David. He is supposed to get in the water at each stop and explain. The helper is to stay on board the boat. There is one tour guide for every 8 persons. We have life jackets and life ring with guide... More

We couldn't have had a more memorable experience fishing and snorkeling with Rodrigo and Clayo! They did a great job of explaining the different types of fish to us. While I wanted to fish, my husband and son were more interested in snorkeling. We all got to enjoy what we wanted on the trip and Rodrigo even surprised us with... More

We booked a trip to ATM Caves with the understanding that it would be for two people with all travel and lunch provided. The overall trip was fine and the caves were amazing, which has nothing to do with the guide service I would recommend seeing ATM, just not with this company. Tsunami did several things that caused me to... More

So glad you liked the ATM trip truly amazing. We are able to offer this trip as a day trip from the islands. This trip originates out of San Ignacio. We arrange a transfer service to meet up with the ATM tour guides. They all come highly recommended. our driver is also a reputable and licensed tour guide. We have... More

Me and my girlfriend booked our 1/2 day snorkelling tour with Tsunami Adventures and their manager at the Island, Heather, who was very kind and helpful with everything regarding our needs. In addition to that, we also booked our Cave Tubing + Altun Ha (ruins) Tour, so in the end we got our own special Tour Package at a discounted... More

There is much supply of tourist agencies, but we were very happy to choose Tsunami Adventures for our half day snorkeltrip. The equipment was good and the guidance of Rodrigo was excellent. He swims along with you (since this is mandatory in the national park), points out many things and he is very knowledgeable. Good value for money. Located front... More

We booked a half day snorkel trip and saw swam amongst turtle, rays, nursing sharks and barracuda. The eagle eyed guide was in the water with us to point things out and spotted lion fish hiding in the coral which he tempted out into view using a live conch. He and his assistant really went out of their way to... More

I am writing this review in hopes of protecting other travelers' money and their ruins experience (I cannot speak for the water tours however). This company charged us $200 USD for virtually nothing but a one-hour ride (in a personal vehicle) to the ruins. My partner and I were told that we would be traveling in a van with a... More

I agree. This is not the way this trip is offered. I wish I had heard from you after the trip. It is supposed to be a guided tour. Lunch is included, but not as it was offered to you. I am thinking that the regular person had to cancel and got someone else to do the trip and was... More

We saw a manatee, sea turtle, nurse sharks, mantra rays and millions of fish all in one tour. These guys know where the good spots are! Great value for money as lunch was included.

I came to Caye Caulker for the first time with a friend and we had a blast!!! Great little island with lots of options. The island is very quiet and lots of different people wanting you to join their snorkel trips. We came by water taxi and while we were waiting for our luggage, we noticed a snorkel shop right... Four of us did a snorkeling tour where we stopped at hol chan, shark Ray alley and a manatee spot. It was absolutely amazing. Ian and Daniel were awesome and very knowledgable. We got lucky and actually got to swim with a manatee! The Sharks were harmless and the Rays were curious. Once we were done with snorkeling we cruised... More
