Me and my wife where having a great New Year's Eve in Flores Guatemala. Some days after we decided after been looking at fantastic pictures of caye caulker in TripAdvisor to go there and chill out at the white Caribbean sand we seen for at least a week. We got there to a hostel called la Cubana that I had... More

Recently recovering from a 2016 hurricane, the people of Caye Caulker welcome tourists in a unique way, they approach you as if they already know you and invite you to "go slow" as their island motto says. Food is amazing, as every restaurant is trying to be better than the one next door, while sticking to the traditional grilled seafood... More

If you are looking for something else to do on your vacation, this probably is not the place for you. San Pedro has much more things going on which is tourist friendly.

We loved the ice cream shop and stopped there every night for ice cream and rum cake (caution, its addictive). Ate lobster pretty much everyday and enjoyed the... More

We stayed three nights on Caye Caulker while visiting Belize. The laid back vibe is nice. There are no cars on the island, but there are a lot of golf carts and bikes. You can walk the entire island in about 15 minutes, so no need for a vehicle. There are plenty of companies that will take you snorkeling or... More

We stayed there in January for 6 nights. Best place to relax!!!! Everyone on the Island is super friendly. Easy to get around the Island by bike or golf cart taxi. If you need a taxi, talk to Nick Jr. he is the best cab driver on the Island. He will not treat you like a tourist, he will treat... More
