This is a must see for the tourists, the map itself is a sample of the mountains, volcanos, rivers, lakes and everything else there is, it has all the names of the cities and departments, it is very impressive. Actually there is a tourist guide,...More

I finally made it to visit the relief map after years of hearing about it. I is a pretty cool side trip in the city, and worth pondering all the work that was involved in creating it. There are other things to do in the...More

This is definitely one of the highlights in the city. Mind boggling it was done in the early 1900's to scale without the benefit of modern equipment.

Interesting to see but that's all there is in the area. The place is dirty and tourists get hassled by sellers of a lot of stuff. If you happen to be near, check it out. Otherwise I would not recommend it.

It's a good way to learn a bit of the Geography of Guatemala. It's a huge map and you can check where you've been, it also has a little forest, so it's a nice place to visit

I have been travelling to Guate off and on for almost 20 years and never knew this existed until this trip. Quite interesting and put the terrain of the country into context for me.
