I did the Nebaj-Todos Santos trek and had an amazing experience. The guides were very kind, supportive and knowledgeable about the landscape and culture we were trekking through. Beautiful walking was interspersed with stops to enjoy plentiful meals and talk about Guatemala's history and culture which was really interesting. It was lovely to stay with local families along the way... More

Loved our time hiking from Xela to Atitlan! Our guides (Hannah and Rihanna) were really nice and informative about the trek. It was a great way to meet other people and spend time exploring more of Guatemala (off the beaten tracker).

We did the 3-day Lake Atitlan Trek and had an incredible time! The trek is absolutely beautiful and takes you through a variety of typical Guatemala landscape. The guides were great, they made sure everyone was comfortable and shared some interesting stories of our surroundings and over the Quetzaltrekker project, which is really worth supporting. The food was delicious (and... More

Quetzaltrekkers is unlike any tour/guide operation in guate. The tours are flawlessly organized, the guides are súper professional, and the money goes to an excellent project serving needy kids. I did the lake hike and was beyond impressed. Highly recommend!!
