My family and I, went to Coxen Hall. On our way there, the store was closed. (Since it was a Sunday) But, on our way back, the store was opened! The owners opened the shop for an hour, on a Sunday! We walked in, and we were greeted by the Owners of the company. They let us try some delicious... More

This is not the distillery for this Great Rum, It is their outlet/store. It is staffed with many friendly people who are very knowledgeable about their rum. I sampled a few and my personal favorites are the spice and chocolate. Fantastic, mild and smooth. Their rum cakes are some of the best that we have eaten in the Caribbean, I... More

We paid a taxi driver to take my 3 girlfriends and I for a tour around the island. We went up to West Bay, which is absolutely beautiful, and while there, visited the Rum Company for a tasting. It’s near the El Faro Lighthouse, and there are amazing views from up there. All of the rums were really good, but... More

The Roatan run company is a great little shop. We stopped on our way to West Bay. When we arrived we were greeted by Pino who was very friendly. We tasted numerous runs and rum cakes. The rum quality is delicious and reasonably priced. Would definitely stop back when in the area.

If you make it to Roatan, Honduras then make sure you make it over to see the Roatan Rum Company! They make the best rum I have ever had and I have traveled heavily to the Caribbean. The products are made locally and with the finest ingredients. You will not be disappointed, I promise. My wife and I love the... More

The giant rum cake in the front yard was a dead give away that this was a fun place. The shop was lively and smelled of deliciousness, with cake and rum bursting from every corner. The samples flowed freely, and the laughs rolled down the mountainside. The view was spectacular, a view of the jungle of Roatan like no other.... More

This was one of our stops on our island tour. The staff was super friendly and we sampled all the rum and the cake. We got some great photos in the pirate garb they gave us. I bought a bottle of mango rum to take back and was disappointed when I got home. The rum is only 25% abv, so... More

Hello COrey8892, glad to hear you enjoyed taking pictures with our Pirate hats and swords, please post em... Sorry to hear about the Mango Rum, it's 25% ABV on purpose to enhance the flavors of our Natural Fruit Extracts and by all standards is at a much higher percentage of alcohol than most other similar flavored rums on the market.... You get samples of the best rum around! The only downside is we can't get it in America. The mango flavor is great. Also, they have samples of all of their rum cakes as well. Step out the back door for an awesome view of the island.

I love rum! I would suggest going just for the amazing rum cakes they make, but their rum isn't anything crazy. My personal opinion is the mango is the most unique and best tasting. Cab from the west end was $22 round trip, so it can make for an expensive visit if you purchase things.
