We visited Rosta while cruising on the Carnival Magic. We booked the excursion through the cruise line and we were not disappointed. Just a few tips, there are lockers for you to rent to keep backpacks as you are only allowed to bring small bags on the tour. However, be sure to bring cash with you to tip the bird... More

Hotel arranged a transportation to the park from the West End. You can take a walk along the beach, about 30 minutes from West End to the park. Shuttle service from the park is convenient. Park tour only $30/person, with zip lining $55. One guide will take the group around the park. It took about one and a half hour.... More

Zip line guides were safety conscious and fun. Park was well kept and monkeys were amusing. Lots of other free-ranging non-native birds and reptiles and plants in the park, which anyone who has dealt with or knows about invasive species on islands might find disheartening. It's too bad they couldn't focus on preserving, showcasing, and educating visitors about Roatan's unique... More

This is about a half day visit to see the park, capuchins and wander around. Busy when there are cruise ships in port. We did the zip line and had a great time with wonderful guides. We were alone with them but others we met said they were in a group of 40+ because of a cruise group. Only caution... More

Had a wonderful time zip lining through the park! Our guides were amazing, funny, and most importantly watched out for our safety. Got to visit with the monkey's and parrots. Nice pool and refreshments nearby. Was able to walk back to our place on the beach when we were finished.

Best kept attraction in Roatan. Except the guide's English is poor. But the attraction and the zip lines was a lot of fun , especially with young boys. The beach is great too!

Gumbalimba Park was one of the highlights of our visit to Roatan. Being able to visit the monkeys and having the little white faced capuchins hopping on your shoulder was a memorable experience. We enjoyed the tour very much and learned a lot about iguanas, monkeys, anteaters, parrots and some of the flora and fauna of the island. Our tour... More
