The display drawers hold curiosities and the collections can boggle your mind with all the diverse things there... whale bones to super cool insects. The museum also does great things for conservation and serves as a teaching tool the university can be proud to house....More

Great places to visit is you are in the area, Nature as best, and peaceful. Great for photos, but in hot summer is good to be prepared for the insects.

Very pretentious name for what this one-room place is. UGA is really doing itself a disservice even running such a place. I wonder how do they justify paying the personnel! Stuffed animals and a collection of a few artifacts. Highly dissapointing.

One room with a few stuffed animals and a couple interesting facts. Have been to much better children's museums in Georgia. Bummer! State of Georgia Museum of Natural History deserves better representation.

A pretty good place to occupy a fidgety toddler for an hour or so, but this is more of a working museum with no real public exhibitions worth seeing. UGA deserves an actual museum of natural history!

This place is sensational. If you're local and haven't been, it's time. Seeing the blue morpho butterflies alone are worth the trip.
