This dual waterfall is scene from the parking area along the road so there's not walking or hiking required. You can walk up a little further and cross the road to get a view of the river. We stopped here on our way to do the West Trail of the Sleeping Giant. It's so easy to see and get to, why not stop and take a photo.

We were told to come by thru a recommendation. The waterfalls had double spouts of water churning thru the cliffs, one was actually coming through the rocks. You can't get really close up, but there are plenty of photo opportunities.

This is an easy access walk from a parking area with room for many cars. You get to see the falls clearly but at a distance as there are really not paths available to get near the falls. Some waterfalls require long hikes, so this is easily accessible on the East coast of Kauai, but the viewing at a distance is the tradeoff. Just manage your expectations and enjoy the view.
