This was so much fun! A great workout with a refreshing swim under the falls. Not for the faint at heart, there is a bit of an elevation and crossing the rivers a few times.

The trail is about two miles from Ke'e Beach to Hanakapi'ai Beach (four miles round trip), all of it along the Na Pali Coast. There are some challenging sections and the trail can be slippery and muddy in spots, but we noticed plenty of children...More

We'd love to go back & hike the full 11 miles & camp - but we only did the first mile or so. Lots of uphill to kick things off - but great views not too far into the hike. Muddy & rocky. Parking was...More

We started on this trail & met several people coming back down without getting to the falls due to mud & steep drops. We did this with our 10 & 12 year old daughters. While I'm a fairly accomplished hiker, my wife and kids did...More

You can definitely give a try and turn back at any time if required. There are some good lookout points at .25 and .5 miles. I would suggest you choose a good sunny day for the hike. Also, note that the trail would be a... More
