There aren't many community pools left, but the Fox Valley Park District maintains both this aquatic center and Splash Country for the City of Aurora. My family holds season passes for both, and the kids prefer Philips Park. In addition to a regular pool, there are two "drops" into a 12' pool, two water slides, two body slides, a toddler... More

When we go to Philips Park, it is impossible to get a chair if you arrive anytime later than 30 minutes after opening. The water is frequently cloudy, and it seems about half the time we go we have to get out of the water so they can clean it. There are only a couple of curtained dressing areas, which... More

We have season passes for this water park. The staff is friendly, the facilities a clean and well-kept and it is a lot of fun. We go both during the week and sometimes on week-ends and split our time with our passes with the other park. This is a great spot for a family to spend an afternoon.

The facility is large, clean and well maintained. Some may feel that the police presence is a little off putting but in my mind you never know where the cooks will show up- best to have Aurora's finest protecting your children.

We would go for the evening. My daughter and myself had fun. My husband would meet us after work. They have just enough to keep kids occupied, but not so much that you could lose your child. The times I visited it was clean.

Not too big, but big enough to have lots for all ages to do. Several slides, swim lanes, zero depth pool, splash area, sand area, volleyball, etc.

The park is nice, but small and the two main slides are not nearly as fast and as fun as water slides in other water parks. Not a bad value though and if you live in Aurora this is close by.

Good size and clean water park. It gets crowded though during summer vacation, but not that small, you can still enjoy it.

Came hear with my sister and our kids. Had a good time. Kids enjoyed it. It was clean. I liked the zero depth for tanning and young children. The wave pool was great.

Our group consisted of my mom, husband, my 2 children (4yrs & 1yr) and myself which cost us $38.00. When we arrived in the summer of 2012, we all stood in a line at the booking window. The window opened at around 12 noon and to our surprise there were 2 cashier windows instead of one. Then we saw a... More
