Excellent trails. Hells point is a great walk. Also trail 9 which is rugged is a nice historical walk showing dams made in the 1930. Inn has beautiful setting. Beautiful night when the Fort Wayne philharmonic plays their patriotic tunes. Great night to pack a...More

We were there in early April before the trees had really becoem green but it was warm and still nice. It was nice that it was so quiet in this time. Looks like they are putting out new sand for the beaches this summer. That...More

Visited in Late October - had plans on doing some hiking, but weather was not very accommodating. Plan on going back during the Summer for another visit.

Make sure to see the nature center. They have a great selection of animal watching options and several hiking trails by the lake. Hit the toboggan run in the winter.

Weather was not really state park outdoors weather, but it was a beautiful drive and looks like it would be fantastic to rent a cabin or enjoy a hike. For winter, the toboggan run looks like a blast.

My one rating is for the restaurant only. It is Monday, the restaurant is not busy. I waited well over 15 minutes for a waitress. I took that time to look over the menu and decided on the walleye. Then I waited even longer. Finally,...More

First time to visit to ride the Toboggan. Lots of people. Very popular. However it was worth the waiting in line. Would like to visit the park in the warm months.

Hello, Pokagon staff! This applies to Trine St. Rec. Area...I also commented on their Q&A, but this is here, too, just in case they don't respond. I am editing trails in my mapping software for better accuracy. As I was editing trail 2 near the intersection of state road 127 and N 50 W, there appears to be a fence blocking the trail on my aerial photography. Do you know if this fence is still there? And if so, do pedestrians have to walk around this fence, or is this part closed? Thank you for your help!

We plan on coming for the weekend soon. Is there other things to do for us besides the toboggan run? They are 13 and 10 so I would love for all of to go skiing and tubing.
