The best experience is to come here just before dusk when locals are enjoying the cooling breeze, the city's atmospheric skyline, and the sense of community. All part of the Corniche experience.

I loved being at the port. I was there on a school field trip and I definitely plan on going there with my family. It really is a beautiful place

It was a nice place to see with beautiful architecture and scenery. A good place to go while visiting algiers because of its history.

This is a port on the northern tip of Algiers, Algeria’s capital, was the landing spot of the French invasion. Today, it’s a bustling part of town where visitors can admire ships and the surrounding Algerian Sea while browsing local shops and cafes.

The new tower blocks of apartments now are in full flow. This will attract money to the location as a residential place to live - they... More

An old fishing harbour that worth the visit for its unique architecture. the beach is no so nice and it's not worth the dive, but the surroundings are great and you can even find nice places to eat a nice fresh fish meal.

We took the bus from Algiers to visit Le Port de Sidi Fredj and ended up in front of a Soviet era hotel complex. My friend who is Algerian and I both had high expectations because we'd read such good revues. We wandered through the hotel and what we saw was less than one star. Dilapidated with a public washroom... More
