Outstanding and well organised trip from start to finish early morning pick up with a smile
Really nice Moroccan coffee and Croissant to start before the trip of a lifetime
The captain was so funny and made everyone at ease and it was so amazing to go up into the sky without even knowing
The trip was fun and to watch the sunrise was awesome and the music he played was so so so good
Overall such a amazing trip and full credit to the captain and his staff and for the breakfast after we went back to the tent
Would highly recommend to anyone

Despite nearly being called off because of the wind we eventually took off.
The captain was extremely funny and very pleasant.
We slowly drifted along you didn’t even notice you were actually flying.
Had lovely tradiona Berber breakfast on return.
All in all a great experience.

Update on my earlier review!!!
The agent we booked through was Viator,they confirmed pickup and drop off.
No fault of Agadir ballooning.
My initial review mentioned £100 quote for pickup and collection by Sonia’s team.
I was wrong it was actually £50.
No fault of Sonia’s team,they are absolutely brilliant

Early morning pick up from the hotel. Small breakfast before the balloon was filled & we (13 of us) got in the basket with the pilot. The pilot made it. He had a great sense of humour.

The communication from Sonia was brilliant from start to finish. Sadly the booking agent Viator let themselves down. Our confirmation of booking included pick up and drop off at our Hotel.
2 days before the excursion we were told this wasn’t the case even though we have written confirmation. An additional £100 was payable!!!!
We had to arrange our own pick up and drop off at our cost!! We have contacted Viator and after several days still no reply.
Having said that the balloon ride was superb

The staff are cool and friendly the captain was funny he do his best to create the ambience
