With the world's tallest minaret and arguably one of the world’s largest mosques, the Hassan II Mosque is a sight to behold. Grand and picturesque, the architecture and design is visually pleasing and very arcane. The tile work and cladding, the arches and the intricate mosaics are all labors of love. Aside from this, the expansive grounds include a vast... More

It's one of the most beautiful mosque as when we as seekers of God's Mercy, left the magnificent place, thundering rainfall ushering .... "Rahmah.YaRabb" Blessing My God. Making our visit to Morocco as the best welcome as we are seeking the knowledge of Islamic Heritage. The adventure begins with a wonderful sign from heaven. Alhamduliah.

It was a super interesting experience for us to visit a Mosque. They are super organised and it was nice to know that all the Mosque was constructed with local raw material.

I love this mosque design, it is so big too. Nice to talk photos specially in the back side of the mosque where is the sea. The imam sound is so nice & out of this world.

A very impressive building which it should be for nearly $1 Billion. Invokes both tradition and modern technical updates. Adjacent to the sea, it is spectacular and one of very few Moroccan mosques that allows non-Muslims inside for a tour.

Visited this Mosque during my business visit in Casablanca. Located not too far from the city centre. If you take a cab from Anfa Avenue or Twin Towers, it will cost you between 10-20 Dirhams. The Mosque itself is grand on the backdrop of Atlantic Ocean. The architecture and the material used to build the mosque is explained in details... More

Quite a striking mosque! Very interesting to walk around and quite big. We unfortunately could not go in but would love to see the inside.

This is a must see in Casablanca. What a lovely gift from the king. The mosque is pristine and uses beautiful turquoise tile that radiates against the sea and the sun. The use of arches both inside and out are spectacular. I would have loved to see the fountains working, but they were turned off maybe due to the winter.... More

There's not much more I can add that the other reviewers haven't said. A guided tour is definitely worth the little extra money in my opinion as it would be disappointing not to see the beautiful inside if your never going to return to Casablanca.
