the word Gigantic also comes to my mind, when I think of it. Very well placed - overlooking the ocean, with a popular beach nearby. Impression of top quality in everything.

It took us 4hrs from fes on a train 1st class costs about £25 return ,it is less crowded and seats are comfy, the mosque was amazing the minaret stands out from a far the mosque has amazing mosaic work on the out side and inside, it is worth having a look at, be aware that the mosque is on... More

Yes! They have tours on fridays despite online discouragment! We went to the 3pm, they also had a 4pm. They have tours between prayers. Great experience, stunning place. Loved the hamman downstairs.

This is why tourists come to Casablanca! If you only have time for this, it's still fine! Second biggest mosque in the world! From outside it's huge and bit bulky! If you go to Morocco, you have to visit this mosque. It is a beautiful place, the architecture is absolutely amazing. Best of all, it is situated right on the shore.

A beautiful building in a lovely setting..on the beach. There are no tours between 12 and 2 pm so plan accordingly if you want a tour. The blue and green ceramics are exquisite.

This actually is my second visit to HASSAN II A wonderfully beautiful attestment to the honour and love of Our Heavenly Father God. Built by the funds of every family of Morocco.

I balked a bit at the fee for a guided tour, but followed fellow Trip Advisors' advice and we went for it. The mosque is stunningly beautiful! And on a grand scale. I don't think you will be sorry. We weren't
