We walked around the old medina a few times on our trip and loved it. So many streets and alleys to explore. People were nice and there were lots of shops we liked. Great energy and safe.

I went to Central Market and really disliked it, this was a fun place with a lot of things to offer.

We decided to do little shopping after a nice lunch at the Rick's Cafe'. There are hundreds of mini vendors at this place. It's like grand bazaar. Be careful with your valuables it is so crowded thus you can't separate from the good and bad....More

Shop around and bargain to get the best price. I would only use cash in the Medina. If the shop doesn't ship and if you want to be sure the slippers are mailed, you can always mail them yourself. Your hotel can help you... More
