A new Medina - but not too new with some ok-decoration shops and restaurants. Easy to find the roads and like always - very crowded.

For me who live in São Paulo, it really seamed average. It is kind of interesting to see the old buildings in fact.

Different! Don't go thinking of Medina in mind, this is the modern side of Morocco - good shops if you need to shop including high street names such as Zara! A good mix of modern in an up and coming city!

Just like the old Median this is the true place for bargainers. All sorts of handcrafts and clothing, spices and food.

It's so irritating! I read review after review to see that people are clearly reviewing the posh "New Town" along Boulevard Anfa and around the Twin Centre. It's because there are two listings for this attraction, one correctly named as "Quartier Habous" and this wrongly-named one and TA refuses to do anything about it even though I have flagged this... This was quite near my hotel - the Novotel - and close to one of the entrances to the old town. I stayed out until 11pm and it was... More

I love visiting Casablanca and the new Medina is a excellent street area where the locals all go everyday.

Good prices. Lots of variety. Some staff can be pushy with sales - just stick to your offer (we generally went 50% lower)
