The place was a bit far from where we stayed, although they offered us a free ride and pick us up on a common meeting place. This, they call Blue Gate (Bab Boujloud). When we arrived, the assistants were polite and was nice. We were also offered tea after the Spa treatment. Although they have instructions on the Do's and... More

Best hammam I ever had. The riad is very nice, i had a couple hammam and massage. The two ladies were very professionals and nice. I felt comfortable and relaxed. the Riad also offered us mint tea and drinks after the massage for free. I would definitely recommend this Hammam and for sure i'd come back if I find myself... More

Incredible stay in Riad Laaroussa and very nice hammam and massage. A must in Fez even if you are not a guest in the Riad.

It was the perfect way to start our stay in Fez and Riad Laaroussa. We scheduled hammam and massage sessions for the evening of our arrival. The facilities are beautiful - it feels like being part of a fairy tale. The therapists are lovely and thorough. After 2 hours of scrubs and oils rubbed into every inch of our skins,... More

One of the best hammam I have ever had, very clean. I went with my husband for a birthday treat and both therapists were very professional and spoke very good English. The finishing touches of a plate of fruit & nuts with bottled mineral water was really nice and being given the mit to take home, receiving mint tea and... More

This is a lovely place. Charming courtyard. I feel relaxed instantly on arrival. Tea and some sweets were offered. Everything was explained clearly before. The hammam chamber was very charming as well. It was so relaxing to here the echo of your own breath from the dome. After the scrubbing, I had a massage. The pressure was perfect. And the... More

Laaroussa is a hidden away oasis, a place of beauty and calm in the heart of the bustling Fez medina. Staff is warm, cheery and accommodating. I would give the review 5 stars if the food were a notch or two better.

This was a lovely experience. It was simple, slow, and relaxing. I'm reading reviews about people getting bored but I found this break a great opportunity to slow down and reflect. The hammam definitely got us into relaxation mode before our massage and the scrub was wonderful. If you are looking for a calming experience in an ancient hammam (the... More

This was our first hammam ever. Unfortunately we got bored after waiting 20 min plus on a very hot stone to get only maybe 10 min rudimental scrubbing. Massage was good, but should have concentrated more on the sensible body parts: neck, feet, finger. The ladies were very kind. After denying at the check-out that we had a 45min Hammam,... More

My husband and I booked a Hammam and Massage package. The massage part (second half) was really nice. The oils that they use smelled so good. They massaged my face and head a little more than usual which felt really good. They could have massaged my hands and feet a little more. The first part was the Hammam and we... More

We must start with our sincere apologies and our thanks for your feedback. Although we are glad to know that you enjoyed your massage with us, we were extremely disturbed to receive this information about your hammam. We agree with you entirely. The hammam experience that we offer should always be exactly as we describe it to our guests, with... More
