Words cannot express how highly I recommend a tour with Sadiki Mohamed Tahar. His vast knowledge and expertise allowed us to experience the most skilled artisans we have ever seen working in the ancient medina. If you visit Fez you must take this tour!

Is this more expensive than most tours? Yes. Is it worth it. Absolutely. We met our guide, Tahar Sadiki at our riad and then toured woodworking, leather, weaving, horn shaping, coppersmiths, blacksmiths and other artisans. All of that was great. But it was our guide that made the whole experience something far more than just a tour. Not only did... More

We are interested in art, craft culture and the real lives of local people, so when we saw this tour advertised while researching Fes, we booked online from home, very straightforward. Our guide Sadiki met us at our riad at the arranged time, and proceeded to take us on a four-hour tour of the amazing sights and sounds of Fes.... More

I was in Fes by myself for a day ahead of joining a group holiday and wanted to use the opportunity to explore as much as possible. Booking the tour from the UK was straightforward & I met my guide as arranged at my hotel. Then for 4 hours, I had a personal tour of the medina, meeting some great... More

With the help of our guide Sadiki we felt like we really saw the heart of the Fes Medina, no pressure to buy anything, this was designed to see the artisans in action. Tanners, woodworkers, metal smiths.

My family went on two tours - one of Fez and one in Sefrou. If you are looking for a guide to show you the buildings in Fez and Sefrou, don't go on this tour but if you want a truly intimate picture of craftsmen working in these two cities, these tours are a must. In Fez we met with... More

We booked the tour online, and all that went very smooth. Jessica and Mohammed met us in our Riad at 10.00 for a briefing of a 1/2 hour. We had insisted on meeting Jessica, and she made it, which we appreciated very much! Unfortunatly there was a strike that day, and the coppersmithts and some other artisans were closed. In... More

We did the Artisinal Affairs tour on our first day and what a great way to get to know the Medina! We asked for a combination of visiting craftsman and historic places and our guide (Mohammed Bouziani) did a wonderful job. Very exciting and he took great care of us.. (Note: watch out for donkeys). Definitely an adventurous must do... More

Fes is such a beautiful but very overwhelming city. During the tour we saw a different side of Fes and got to know it better, a very good experience!
