i dont know why this place is an attraction on the tripadvisor list really,because you cant even enter in this place,not even to see just the gates.Guards meet you 100yds away to turn you the other way.

We only drove by, as the palace itself is actively used and close to the public. Huge building with very nice doors. Taking pictures or videos is not allowed.

Still worth a visit - but do it as part of a tour. After there we were taken to the artisan studios where the mosaics for the Royal Palace were made. That was most interesting!

We arrived early to enjoy the beauty of this palace. Our local guide was knowledgable and paced our visit well.

For some reason the palace was closed when I was there. The gates and facade look very nice though, so i imagine it must be the same inside.

Beautiful doors, open space, only allowed to take pictures of one side of gate and not allowed to get in for a visit as other countries' palaces. Nothing special to remember as you only spend 5 mins for some click-clacks admiring the carved gate and...More

They're quite stunning from the back of the plaza but if you walk down to them the guards will let you step over the barriers to take pictures close-up.

as much as i like the doors etc...for me it is hard to like something just from the outside! i would love to see the inside so again nice looking doors

Lovely, quiet place to see. Its not open to public, but the gates are stunning. You can see how much time it took to make them.
