About Marrakech By Air
We had an amazing time! An absolute must do for those visiting Marrakech. The whole trip was managed perfectly and we were so well looked after. The pilot is fantastic and has a great sense of humour! We loved the berber breakfast and camel ride too. Worth every penny :)

Abdul picked us up this am and was a gent from start to finish, navigating the Moroccan roads and traffic with style. Felt safe the whole time and vehicle clean and comfy. Great start. After joining a convoy we made our way to the balloon Area to be welcomed immediately. Staff were all really friendly and happy to take photos, tea and snack were ready on arrival and plentiful. They began to get the balloon ready and all worked together with great camaraderie, really made you feel safe, relaxed and comfortable. Next was getting into the basket. This was probably my worst part of the whole experience but again all were really helpful despite it being a bit undignified. Hang been advised about climbing into the basket by the rep and something I will feed back as anyone with mobility issues would perhaps struggle. Anyway we had our pilot wafia, a lovely lady, great smile and, as we were to find out, a skilled pilot and very strong!!!! Then the co pilot Hamid; full of jokes the whole time, very friendly and very respectful of his'guests' and his pilot. The staff around the basket were great at offering to take photos and again another fab start. Then we'd had to crouch in the basket for take off; again a bit of an issue for me; luckily not for long. Then we fired and were in the air. What an amazing surreal experience. It was really emotional and both my partner and I filled up and could have cried. The music that played was very tongue in cheek regarding flying and the sun, but it really worked. These quiet was something!!! Hamid pointed out some key sights, amid his jokes, and wafia navigated with strength so the whole thing was seamless 💪. Beautiful views of the atlas mountains and burber villages. Then the sun came.......wow!!! Just amazing, we were in awe. Then time to descend, again a fab job where wafia ultimately landed on a trailer! Staff and transport were to hand and the whole team were again happy to organise photos and wanted to know we had had the best time. Couldn't have asked for more! But then there was more, the burber breakfast. Want expecting much but was really surprised at the quality, amount and speed. The guys here were great, the doughnuts freshly cooked and constant top ups offered. Could certainly not have left hungry. Set in the tent with Moroccan seating, felt like a truly authentic experience. Then the journey home... seamless. All in all this was well organised, with great staff and a fantastic experience. Thankyou to everyone. Loved it💞🎈

What an amazing experience - this obviously requires an early start, which seems to be a surprise for some people, but remember you’re going to see the Sun rise? Also, you’re dealing with desert atmospheric conditions in which rising air temperatures will need to be accounted for. Everything about this trip was excellent - the pick up (luxury 4x4), arrival and a private table, with tea, coffee, juice and pastries, watching the preparations for flight, boarding the balloon, take off, our Pilot, Yahya Baroudy (very entertaining and knowledgeable), the flight itself, which the attached photos will hopefully show, landing, and the Berber breakfast. The views over the desert and the Atlas Mountains at dawn are truly breathtaking. Don’t hesitate to book this experience, you won’t regret it.

This was something that I had wanted to do for some time. It was well worth the cost to have this experience. The staff were relaxed, friendly and very professional. The flight itself was sublimely beautiful and the Berber breakfast was great. Would highly recommend.
