We joined this tour on Wednesday, and enjoyed the experience very much. The tour in the market was fabulous, mostly because we got to see the real one where the Moroccans do their own shopping. This is a huge difference to the touristy parts where...More

My husband and I did the cooking class with Karima - so fun and very informative. Really enjoyed the walk through the market with Karima to buy the fresh veges, though possibly the fresh dispatching of chickens for the tagines is not for the faint...More

Overall we enjoyed our class. Agree with some others that there’s a fair bit of ‘down time’ while we are waiting to start etc. Great hospitality and the Riad was comfortable. I think the orange and cinnamon is far too simple for the class and...More

We thouroughly enjoyed our food tour, experiencing the many culinary wonders that Jemaa el-Fna had to offer. Donuts, tea, bread, pastries, olives, soup, more tea, tangia and tea again! This place feels more alive as the sun sets and the night draws in. It is...More

The result was good, but no learning here. If you’ve ever cooked Tangier, this is just a 4 hour activity doing what you most likely already know.

Thank you very much for your feedback. The class is pretty simple and straightforward like and most moroccan meals, it's also great addition to your cookbook and the result is always great :)

I did this tour last week and it was great! Had the best Harira of my stay in Morocco, a Tangia that melted in your mouth, a delicious savoury donut, and the olives, all different types! The tea was not my thing, but don't let...More
