Hammam was recommended to us by Hamid, one of the sellers from the souk. After we came we were offered hot Moroccan tea which was really needed as the morning was cold. Staff was welcoming and friendly, especially Ilham. The hammam was great. We were looked after, nothing was too much for the lady from hammam. She even washed and... More

I hesitate to provide a negative review but I must warn people about this place. First of all, it isn't very clean. Secondly, when we went in, I could smell cigarette smoke. I specifically asked if smoking was allowed and was told no. This was an outright lie as the staff was smoking upstairs. And the smoke pervaded the whole... More

So booked the spa upon recommendation, 1 hour hammam and 1 hour massage as a couple. On arrival we went to a room with a changing space, not a room really just an area with a curtain and few broken lockers. We were given robes which were completely ripped and worn out. After changing into robes we couldn't find anyone... More

Hammam was not done properly. Picked the couples option had 1 of us waiting around in hammam room whilst the other was getting procedure done. After a quick and not properly done hammam was taken into a waiting area in the cold for 5 minutes before the masseuse came they were more interested in texting on there mobiles rather then... More

We were recommended to visit this Hammam and Spa by Meriem from our Riad. My boyfriend and i went and it was absolutely brilliant - they take great care of you, the surroundings are peaceful and the Hammam was just as thorough as you'd hope so you're left wonderfully clean. Highly recommended

Started our visit being given tea and a choose of biscuits. We were surrounded my Candles and relaxing music. We were led into the hammam area where we had a lovely lady scrub, mud mask and wash us. She even plated our hair. We were then led into the next area to have our massage. The ladies were very professional... More

It was way unreasonably overpriced even after bargaining with them. Both the rooms and the service were not at a professional level. For both of us, we paid 400 dirhams in total for a 1/2 hour massage and a one hour hammam. We asked to have the hammam before the massage, but our request was totally ignored. The massage was... Bad massage, freezing cold in the rooms, not value for the money. Dirty sheets, spots on the walls and on the floors and the carpets. Broken furniture and the impression of the place was rather shabby. Had to wait for about 20 minutes in the freezing cold room laying on the massagebench before and after the treatment. And they did... More
