The attraction was very minimal and the facilities were poor. The toilets could have been better, but overall it would have been nice to have a shop there

I really love riding in the Hwange National park. The staff there are really helpful and cooperative. The national park is like 1 hour drive from Victoria Falls. The park has approximately 19 large herbivorous and 8 large carnivorous. The wildlife animals include the following, buffalo zebra, giraffe, all the big cats, hyenas,wild dogs and world's biggest elephant. The tourist... More

We last visited Zimbabwe in 2012 and stayed at Lories B&B in Vic. Falls ( see previous review) We engaged the Zambezi Safari Co to take us into Hwange Nat. I never dreamed I'd be riding in the wildness of the African bush. But here it is, day four, with three more to come in Hwange National Park. www.riding-in-hwange.com These big five safaris started just last year and some ground covered has never been walked upon by a human, let alone a horse!
