Growing up the Harare Gardens used to be a delightful place for me and my siblings to go, what with the city bath there known as Les Brown. However, of late the ground arent as well manicured and cared for and the infrastructure is falling...More

This was a lovely and pretty big park in downtown Harare. Many people were there lounging in the sun. I enjoyed walking through very much, but chose to lie down and really relax at the National Gallery next door. I was warned about pickpockets in...More

The Harare Gardens are a very pleasant place to relax after a busy day. During lunch time one can take a stroll around the park and enjoy the cool environment away from the busy streets.

Its an okay kinda place where you can relax briefly if you wanna briefly escape from the hustle and bustle of Harare life. It can get quite congested at times and is not recommended at night for personal security reasons.

Driving around the park area or taking a stroll brings delight this time of the year. Flowering Jacaranda trees have turned purple making the whole town that color. Good work by council gardeners has kept this feature intact.
