We visited the national handicraft centre searching for some nice locally produced crafts. The shop was a bit haphazardly decorated and the products scattered all over the place. The two shop assistants were nice girls, but they followed us like a police officer all over the shop. We discovered some nice quality products, that required some dusting. The prices were reasonable and we left the shop in a good mood.

A good place to shop for local stuff in the Central Business District of Harare. The place was recently renovated and is now neat and orderly. Large and free parking space available for visitors.

Huge range of locally made, affordable handicrafts. Much less hassle than going to the market and you can guarantee what you buy is actually made in Zimbabwe by craft groups. Really helpful and friendly staff.
