The crew flew over the national park and had the fun of it, thanks to Chikopokopo Helicopters, we saw less game as opposed to a usual game drive where one drives through the park, we saw elephants and I guess it's the large population of this animal, giraffes, Impala is all over and a warthog, I guess days are different,... Entry to the Victoria falls park is 30$, but it's absolutely worth it. (Bring Dollars with you, since the limit was 200$ per day at the cash machine). You should plan not less than 3h to really enjoy the short walk. Along the path there are many different beautiful views of the falls. Devils cataract on the left side close... More

We went in the dry season and in my opinion its better than the wet season because you get to see all the features of the falls easily.

A must for everyone. We went to the park at 6:30 am. No crowds. Our guide suggested that we start at the furthers vista point working towards the first. It was good advice to truly end the visit with the most beautiful of the falls. We then went to breakfast at a nearby café. After breakfast we stopped by the... More

This was a checklist experience for me. Even though we were there at the end of the dry season and half the falls were dry, it was spectacular. One advantage of the water being low is that you could see all the way to the bottom of the falls. My understanding is that when there is more water the mist... More

We visited the park to see the falls from land. We didn't do an organised tour but took a taxi from hotel, about £4 return. The park charges to go in and they don't even give you a map or any information! The walks are graded easy to difficult. We took the easy walk which took about 45/60 mins. We... More

Even at low water in mid November it's a spectacular sight to see the falls from the Zimbabwean side and a great privilege to have witnessed them. It is a leisurely way to spend a couple of hours there. Wildlife wise, we saw a troupe of Babboons and some very tame Bushbuck. The only downside was the fact we missed... More
