All I could say is WOW! Seeing the falls With my own eyes was like a dream come true.Visited the park during October. It was dry season then. There is more water on the Zimbabwean side than in Zambia.

The majesty of these falls is simply overwhelming. Grant that I haven't seen many large-scale falls before, but the views were breath-taking in March, when the water was very high.

Photo's do not do these falls justice. They are magnificent when in full flow, which is from March - May. Even with a poncho, you still get wet. So if you are travelling somewhere straight after visiting the falls, make sure you have a change of clothes, because otherwise you will be spending a long time in wet clothes.

The Vic Falls remains a truly wonderful sight every time you experience it. The walk through the falls is quite refreshing. Viewing from the Zim side gives you the best different angles of the actual Falls - and yes, you get very wet through the walk. An obvious must do when in Vic Falls

What an amazing sight . To see it at ground level is amazing. To see it from the air is even better. If the guide suggests a cape .... heed his advice. When the wind is blowing, you will get soaked and I mean soaked !! Take a plastic cover of some sort for your camera as well. March was... More

I recommend visiting twice in your lifetime, once during dry season and once near the end of rainy season.

To walk along the Falls, without a protective rain mac, might be considered foolish....for us it was most invigorating and walking back to the hotel we soon dried off in the sunshine. The views, the power and the shear beauty were truly breathtaking. A true wonder of the world

Victoria Falls – Livingstone, Zambia vs Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe I read a lot of reviews on line about the two cities and the views of the falls from either side before booking. In the end, it all worked out perfectly and I wasn’t disappointed. Here’s some facts/opinions to consider: 1. Water comes down the Zambezi river and then spreads out... More

The entrance to the park is located nearly in the center of the Victoria Falls village. There is a parking area directly across the entrance gate from the falls. The entrance fee is 30 USD per person. It is easy to walk around the entire park on a self-guided tour. It will take about 3 hours or so to walk... More

I have visited Victoria Falls - Zimbabwe 4 times but every time I go to Zimbabwe will always visit again. It is an unbelievable site you have to see with your own eyes. Stunning/breathtaking views. Victoria Falls is offering many attractions and activities. The Zambezi National Park is full of game life and the lodges are situated by the Zambezi... More
