The experience at the Cataract was to die for and will most definately plan to go there again. Victoria Falls is a place one should visit at least once in their lifetime because the view of the majestic falls stays with you for a long time np wonder its one of the 7 wonders of the world.

Endless chances for photographs. Beautiful and much larger than I had ever imagined. Follow it with a helicopter tour for an aerial perspective.

Victoria Falls (Musi-oa-Tunya) on the Zambian side of Zambezi River have a rustic beauty. The view and the feel depends upon flow of water, normally good time is after start of rainy season (January to April) when water is plenty and it flies in the air. While Niagara Falls are equally beautiful they are commercialized and have a lot of... More

The falls are a must see and this is the best place for views of it. You can get a great view of the main falls, Devils cataract, and the Victoria falls bridge. Make sure to get a poncho or you'll be drenched! Make sure to be aggressive when in line for entry though because many people do cut in... More

We did the guided walking tour. It was very interesting - from total dry desert to rain forest. We were there in September at a time when the Falls are about 50% capacity so you can really see the dramatic cliffs. It was still super hot, dry and dusty. Wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen. The hike isn't long but you... More

These falls are huge! What really set Vic falls apart for me was the wildlife within the park and the walking trails. Following the pathways along the falls seemed to always provide a better background for a picture. The power of the falls and scale really could be felt along the trail as you walk from one end to the... More

I was there in July so there was a lot of water in the falls. Before entering park, go to craft area across street and rent a raincoat for about $3. You will still get wet, but it helps. Walk the entire path along the falls for all viewing areas. Each angle is spectacular. End of path behind Victoria Falls... More

We walked through the falls on our own at our own pace, it was interesting and beautiful, if you wear hiking gear, you don't need to hire a raincoat, be Prepared! Start at the beginning and walk to each viewing point, it takes under two hours. Walk later in the day when the mist from the falls is reduced by... More
