We recently took 7 honor roll high school kids from the US to Accra Ghana. When they got to the beach it was hard to get them to leave. Day parties everywhere with Beautiful people enjoying life. Resturants, bars and entertainment offered.

Plastic waste lining the shore. Sketchy people hanging around trying to sell you artwork. Nothing special to see here

Beach and sea polluted by large pieces of plastic washed out from the gutters of the city. discusting! Lots of salesmen that dosent take no for an answer Enterense fee on 15 CD and nothing in return.

Has beach bars with sun shade which were a must for us.The beach and it could help save the planet by clearing beach of plastic waste which is along shore line

Yes, You should spent a day in Accra, for sure..,You can read Ghana independence story in Kwame Nakrumah Park, can visti Labadi Beach...Africa oldest market (If interested, but it is full of crowd)...Night life is also good.
