Hi everybody it's me again The Roman town 2000 years ago. It is dutifully preserved by the locals and curators .Oh really It's fantastic arch while dining at the very nearby restaurant all evening long These Effects still tell stories about the distant past .

Back in 2010/11 we would often walk to the arch which is right next to the Medina. There was a large old turtle tied off to the side of the arch. Roman ruins in Libya rival any in the world. The site gave me a POV on how a Roman town looked like 2000 years ago. It is dutifully preserved by the locals and curators despite having ongoing civil disputes.

This arch has been covered by sand for more than 1000 years and for this reason it's status of preservation is excellent. Back in 2011, before the war in Libya, the monument was all yours as also at that time there were rarely any tourist around. You could admire this fantastic arch while dining at the very nearby restaurant all... More

There is a restaurant, can have dinner watchin the arc and the moon, wooowwwwwww was there with my wife nad was very romantic, if you go to Tripoly, try to go there, the food was acceptable, but the place oustanding

It is a piece of historic ruins from Roman era . It is a beautiful architectural arch. Located in old city of Tripoli. Nice

I have been in the place with one customer from Denmark during 2003. ، it was nice quite place ,, the food was so delicious , kind professional staff , wonderful view , price was reasonable. My customer was so grateful bcoz I choose the right good place.

if you're visiting Tripoli this is one of the places you need to see, we were lucky to meet one of the locals who resides in the old city, he kindly showed us around and took us to places inside the old city I have never been to although I am a Tripolitanian but never had a chance to visit... More

Yes, this is a must to see if you're ever in the great city of Tripoli. You can actually come up close and touch ancient Roman structure. Take as many pictures as you want and just enjoy being near this Arch.
