In downtown Nouakchott it's the city's biggest mosque with its middle eastern architecture. Nothing special except its size.

Thus mosque is really nothing special. If you are not Muslim you will be unable to enter and from the outside is look OK but hardly worth the trouble

This is the biggest mosque in Nouakchott, built by Saudi government. The design is almost similar with Al Madina Al Munawarra mosque in Madinah. Nice exterior, however not able to enter and see the interior.

To big to take a picture. Cars and poles are infront of the mosk. Inside is possible to see from entrance its beautiful decoration. モスクの前の道路に並んでいる車や電柱で写真がうまく撮れない。入口のドアから内装を観ることが出来る。奥行きがあり、美しい。

just went there to pray,a fabulous mosque but the maintenance is poor as in many other places, for Muslims a convenient place to pray, nothing really to add since my visit was too short in that evening.
