This is far from the idyllic island you expect. Overcrowded, tacky and overdeveloped. We turned round and took the next boat back. Very disappointing.

A wonderful island to visit, lovely beaches, gardens, scenery, golf course and club house, restaurant and the boar rides there and back are regular.
Ile Aux Cerf is tourist trap but it is an island surrounded by beautiful turquoise water facilitated with 2 restaurants ; excluding the restaurant on the golf course, and water / land activities geared towards tourists.Everything here is expensive,for example, it would cost you 100MUR...More
